W11Stop UAE (“W11Stop UAE”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) offers various payment options for our customers’ convenience. This payment policy outlines the payment methods we accept, how payments are processed, and other important information related to payments.
1.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: (1) Bank Transfer (Dubai Banks), (2) Cash on Delivery (Only for Dubai Region). Important Note: All payments are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) or United States Dollar (USD)
1.3 Secure Payment Process
All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store your credit card or other payment information on our servers. If your payment is declined, we will contact you to let you know and give you the opportunity to try again with a different payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we suspect may be fraudulent or unauthorized. If we cancel your order, we will refund your payment in full.
1.4 Value Addition Tax (VAT)
VAT will be charged on all orders as required by law in United Arab Emirates. For international Countries, VAT will not be charged.
1.5 Order Confirmation
Once your payment has been processed, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order details or contact your for-order confirmation. Also, if there are any issues with your order or payment, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. All orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 Business Days after the confirmation of order.
1.6 Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] along with order details. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.
