W11Stop UAE (“W11Stop UAE”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) is committed to providing our customers with fast and reliable shipping for their orders. This shipping policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, and other important information related to our shipping process.
1.2 Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options to our customers, including standard shipping and expedited shipping within United Arab Emirates. Also, we have partnered with DHL for International Shipping, which will be displayed at Checkout Process. The availability of these shipping options may vary depending on the item(s) in your order and your shipping destination.
1.3 Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option you choose and your shipping destination. For United Arab Emirates, Standard shipping typically takes between Five to Seven business days, while expedited shipping can take as little as One to Two business days. For International Shipping, it will vary in accordance with the Customer’s Destination. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed as we are using 3rd Party Services. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as weather, natural disasters, custom delays, or carrier delays.
1.4 Order Processing
We process orders as quickly as possible, usually within TWO business days. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details and shipping information. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. Delivery Time is calculated from the day order is dispatched from our Warehouse/Office/Store.
1.5 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the shipping option you choose and your shipping destination. The shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process in accordance with the following conditions: (1) Orders having value more than AED 100 will be shipped free within United Arab Emirates Region with standard delivery services. (2) Orders having value less than AED 100, shipping fee AED 10 will be charged within United Arab Emirates Region for standard delivery services. (3) For international orders (i.e., out of United Arab Emirates), we have partnered with multiple logistic service providers (i.e., DHL, FedEx etc). The shipping and handling fee will be charged according to the volumetric rate of the order and customer’s destination and will not include Custom Duty, Taxes or any other charges of the importing country.
1.6 International Shipping

1.7 Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs and duties fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees charged by W11Stop UAE. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information on Custom Duties, Taxes, or any other similar charges for clearance of goods.
