Return Policy

1.1 Introduction

At W11Stop UAE (“W11Stop”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy that allows you to return the product and receive a refund.

1.2 Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the criteria: (1) The product must be in its original condition and packaging. (2) The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt. (3) The product must not be damaged or used. (4) The product/order must be delivered within United Arab Emirates.

1.3 Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps: (1) Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a refund. (2) Provide your order number and the reason for the refund request. (3) Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. (4) Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. (5) If the product is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14-21 business days.

1.4 Shipping Costs

In any case, shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product.

1.5 Exclusions

The following products are not eligible for a refund: (1) Products that have been customized or personalized. (2) Products that have been used or damaged by the customer. (3)  Products that have been tampered with or modified by the customer. (4) Products/Orders delivered outside United Arab Emirates.

1.6 Damaged Products

We do a comprehensive quality check before dispatching our all orders. In case you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately within 7 business days at [email protected] . We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for a replacement or refund (i.e., Shipping Cost will be at Customer’s End). If the package is damaged from outside, please refuse to accept the delivery and inform us at [email protected] (i.e., Shipping Cost will be at Customer’s End)
